Partial Day of Wedding Coordination

Pre-Wedding Preparation

  • Final Planning Meeting (2–3 weeks before the wedding). We'll review your timeline, vendor details, floor plans, and final logistics.

  • Vendor ConfirmationWe’ll reach out to your key vendors to confirm arrival times, services, and any special instructions.

On-the-Day Coordination (Typically 4–6 hours)

  • Lead Coordinator On-Site
    Your coordinator will be present during key hours (as agreed) to oversee setup, cue transitions, and handle logistics.

  • Ceremony Management
    We’ll guide the wedding party, coordinate timing, and ensure all elements (music, officiant, rings, etc.) are in place.

  • Early Reception Oversight
    Includes managing the timeline for cocktail hour, introductions, speeches, and any formalities occurring during our scheduled time.

  • Problem Solving
    We handle unexpected issues so you can relax and enjoy the moment.

Who This Service is Best For

Couples who want a professional to step in and manage the execution of their hard work—but don’t need full-day coverage.

Our Partial Day of Coordination service is ideal for couples who have managed most of the planning but want professional support during the most crucial part of the day—typically the ceremony and early reception.

Full Day of Coordination

Pre-Wedding Preparation

  • Final walkthrough of the venue(s)

  • Detailed timeline creation for the entire day

  • Vendor communication to confirm logistics and arrival times

  • Review of contracts and final payments/reminders

  • Coordination of rehearsal (typically the day before)

Day-Of Coordination (Up to 12 hours on the wedding day)

  • Main point of contact for all vendors, venue staff, and guests

  • Management of vendor arrivals, setup, and any last-minute issues

  • Supervision of ceremony setup (chairs, décor, signage, programs, etc.)

  • Directing the ceremony processional and cueing music

  • Coordinating transitions between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

  • Overseeing reception details (seating arrangements, cake cutting, first dance, toasts, etc.)

  • Keeping everything on time according to the master schedule

  • Problem-solving discreetly so you never even know something went off track

  • Packing up personal items, gifts, and décor at the end of the night (if needed)

As your Full Day Wedding Coordinator, I’m here to ensure your special day flows seamlessly from start to finish. While I’ll step in during the final weeks of planning to tie up loose ends, my role on your wedding day is to be your point person for everything — allowing you, your family, and your wedding party to relax and enjoy every moment. Here's what Full Day Coordination typically includes:
